LOCATION IS EVERYTHING
In Benalmadena, some villas are located north of the coastal road (N-340, shown in grey on the map) and most are located in the hills which means that it is not practical to reach the seaside without a car.
This is one of the few luxury villas in Benalmadena located south of the N-340, and so you can walk to the Carihuela beach which is 200m away and stretches westwards for 2.1 km (right side of map, or to Malaspequera beach which is 600m away to the east (bottom of map). Puerto Marina is also less than 200m walk.
